We create a sleep plan that covers when your child should be napping, how to get longer naps, when and when not to help your child nap, ideal bedtime, what the best bedtime routine looks like for your child, how to fall asleep independently, and most importantly how to handle all those nighttime wake ups.

Here’s how it works:

  1. We’ll email you a sleep questionnaire. This questionnaire is just under 30 questions and allows us to dive into all the details we need to create your child’s sleep plan. Once you complete this we can start creating your child’s sleep plan!

  2. Within 1-2 business days your 6-page sleep plan will be emailed to you. You can begin your plan whenever it works best for your family. I suggest being home for a straight 1-2 weeks when you begin as this allows you to be the most consistent.
